NGOs have also stopped cooperating with the UMNO run Bilik Gerakan after a very sad and disgusting incident. Staffers from different NGOs had accompanied some of the food and other flood aid from the Bilik Gerakan to some villages. At one particular badly hit area, people of all races, i.e. Chinese, Indians and Malays, lined up to get the food. However, the UMNO 'volunteers' informed the people very crudely that the food and other flood aid was only for the Malays. The Indians and Chinese did not get any. The staffers from the NGOs which included Indians, Chinese and Malays were shocked and left in disgust.

In another estate area with almost 600 Indian flood victims, the UMNO 'volunteers' delivered just one sack of rice to be shared by 600 Indian estate workers and their children. The sack of rice was left at a flood relief centre located in a Tamil primary school near the estate. Then the estate workers were asked to initial a list acknowledging that they had received a complete set of flood supplies (rice, oil, canned food, sugar, salt, bottled water and blankets). Obviously the remaining supplies had been hijacked by the UMNO 'volunteers' and sold off for cash elsewhere.

Many of the Indian estate women became hysterical and screamed how 600 people were going to share one bag of rice. The next day when other volunteers went to the same Tamil school, the Indian women screamed at them and said 'Melayu jangan mari tolong lagi'.

In other places the aid was given to UMNO members only. Other Malays, especially known Pas supporters, were denied aid. These stories are not being made up. They are first hand reports from Pahang that were told to us by flood relief workers themselves. (NST, STAR, not allowed to print these reports....you had no reporters on ground zero?)

In another area, about 250 Orang Asli were promised 50kg bags of rice. This was clearly a false promise because most of the rice was delivered in 5kg or 10kg bags. The rice destined for the 250 Orang Asli was despatched by the Bilik Gerakan but it never reached the Orang Asli. When the UMNO ADUN from the area visited the Orang Asli the next day and inquired if they had all 'sudah makan', they jeered him and said 'awak semua penipu'. Again the rice had been hijacked by the UMNO 'volunteers' and siphoned off elsewhere.

For the first seven days of the floods, the Member of Parliament for Temerloh, YB Mohd Sarit bin Haji Yusoh (Tel. No. 03 - 77266005  and 03- 7726 4468       , address: Pangkal Melati Sdn Bhd, No 18-1, Jalan Wan Kadir 4, Off Jalan Damansara Bypass, Taman Tun Dr. Ismail, 60000 Kuala Lumpur), Anwar Ibrahim's one-time political secretary who became a millionaire within a couple of years, was missing from Temerloh. He had not visited any of the flood affected areas. Flood victims put up a banner in the Temerloh area asking 'YB where are you?' This banner was later torn down by the Police. All this news was not reported by the mainstream media.

The Chinese MCA ADUN from Mentakab has been one of the few Wakil Rakyat doing the rounds diligently in the flood affected areas. The Malay UMNO ADUNs have made themselves scarce or helping themselves to the loot from the Bilik Gerakan.

Because of the dishonesty and outright stealing by the UMNO 'volunteers', flood victims are very angry and tensions have been high in the affected areas. The mainstream media have not reported that when Fu Ah Kiow, Deputy Internal Security Minister and MP for Kuantan, visited the affected areas, the flood victims screamed and threw stones at him. The Deputy Minister had to leave the scene in a hurry. (Just like Samy was booed off the stage in Penang.....MCA & MIC.....that's two down for a start .)

We have just gone thru two religious festivals Hari Raya Haji and Christmas and we are touted as a God fearing country who look askance at anything irreligious like necking, petting, holding hands in public, groping, close proximity, fornicating, incest, buggery, statutory rapes etc, etc, Now we have people in UMNO who rob the distressed of what is their due in such trying times.

YOU DACHING PARTY, WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO SAY ABOUT THIS? WHERE DID YOU HIRE THOSE GOONS FROM? YOU GUYS CAN RIP (rest in peace)? ME I WILL HAVE TROUBLE SLEEPING PEACEFULLY. PROBABLY I AM ABNORMAL. POSSIBLY.

My Comments;

 Could this blogger provide us with all  the relevant facts and solid evidence in order to verify the blogging? At first, i was in shock after i read about it, but then the question of how true the story is all about, lingered onto my mind.  For example the issue of "NGOs stopped cooperating with the UMNO run Bilik Gerakan", which NGOs & UMNO run Bilik Gerakan is he refering too? He should point that info out  at first place since it was a racial implicated allegation where as he was accusing UMNO run Bilik Gerakan was being racist as for the treatment for the flood victims. 

 In the issue of "one sack of rice to be shared by 600 indian estate workers and their children", again it was lack of facts such as name of estate, time and date it was occured, images etc. If this was true, it was inhumane for UMNO to do this kinda stuff, but where is all the proof and evidence? telling lies about all of this, is also consider as a crime for humanity, social and political stability in our multi racial country. For me its more likely a racially motivated way of writing instead of telling us the real story.

 The story goes on and on where none of the accusation supported with valid and reliable source of news. Please lah people, don`t  play this kinda game, being a bottom feeder wont help those flood victims. In addition you are making it worst.

UMNO musuh kami – Hindraf

BUTTERWORTH 9 Dis. – Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf) hari ini mengisytiharkan secara terbuka bahawa musuhnya adalah UMNO, bukan orang Melayu.

Seorang peguam yang mendakwa mewakili Hindraf, P. Uthayakumar berkata, ini kerana parti itu didakwa mengetepikan masyarakat India dalam arus pembangunan negara.
‘‘Kami telah hidup dengan baik dan bekerjasama erat dengan orang Melayu bukan setakat 50 tahun lalu tetapi sejak 200 tahun dahulu.

‘‘Kami tidak bermusuh dengan orang Melayu kerana mereka banyak membantu. Hindraf hanya memusuhi UMNO,” katanya ketika berucap semasa menghadiri upacara keagamaan di Kuil Sri Mahamariamman di Jalan Jeti Lama di sini hari ini.

Kira-kira 2,000 orang India berhimpun secara aman di kuil itu bagi mengadakan upacara keagamaan untuk mendoakan pembebasan 31 penyokong Hindraf yang ditahan ekoran terlibat dalam perhimpunan haram di ibu negara 25 November lalu.

Perhimpunan yang bermula kira-kira pukul 11 pagi hingga 1 petang itu turut dihadiri oleh Ahli Dewan Undangan Negeri kawasan Sungai Puyu, Phee Boon Poh dari DAP.

Uthayakumar berkata, masyarakat India tidak menghadapi masalah untuk terus hidup harmoni bersama masyarakat Melayu dan tidak sekali-kali berasa marah atau benci kepada orang Melayu.

Menurutnya, Malaysia tetap menjadi negara tumpah darah yang dipertahankan oleh masyarakat India negara ini, namun apa yang menjadi masalah ialah kerajaan pimpinan UMNO mengabaikan masyarakat India.

Beliau yang ditemui selepas itu juga berkata, kenyataan Ketua Polis Negara, Tan Sri Musa Hassan yang mendedahkan tindakan Hindraf meminta sokongan dan bantuan pengganas antarabangsa iaitu Pemberontak Harimau Pembebasan Tamil Eelam (LTTE) dari Sri Lanka adalah satu pembohongan.

Menurut Uthayakumar, pembohongan itu bertujuan untuk mengalih isu yang ditimbulkan oleh Hindraf dengan mengaitkan mereka dengan kumpulan pengganas.

Menurutnya, langkah itu bertujuan memastikan badan bukan kerajaan antarabangsa dan kerajaan negara asing menjauhi dan tidak menyokong Hindraf.

Justeru, kata beliau, pihaknya membuat laporan polis berhubung tuduhan Musa terhadap Hindraf itu kira-kira pukul 3 petang semalam di Kuala Lumpur.

‘‘Kalau Ketua Polis Negara gagal buktikan kebenaran tuduhan itu dalam tempoh 24 jam, ternyata ia palsu,” katanya.

Mengenai penahanan 31 penyokong Hindraf, beliau berkata, Hakim Mahkamah Tinggi Shah Alam yang mengadili kes mereka perlu ditukar kepada hakim baru

Berita ini juga telah dilaporkan oleh TV3 di Bulletin Utama 8.00 malam tadi ( 10 Disember 2007 ). Mereka cuba pula meraih simpati orang Melayu secara amnya. Kenapa begitu berani dan sungguh kurang ajar kenyataan mereka ini? Sedarkah mereka dengan memusuhi UMNO juga bererti mereka memusuhi orang Melayu sendiri, ini kerana UMNO itu adalah sebuah parti untuk orang Melayu khususnya? Paling kurang pun Hindraf telah menjadikan lebih 3 juta ahli UMNO sebagai musuh mereka yang nyata.

Hindraf hanya lah satu kumpulan manusia yang hanya menjaja isu perkauman sebagai publisiti murahan dalam "perjuangan" mereka. Mungkin juga ini adalah permainan politik parti pembangkang yang sememangnya cukup anti dengan UMNO.

Masalah mereka ialah kerajaan pimpinan UMNO mengabaikan masyarakat India, tetapi hakikatnya masyarakat India di Malaysia adalah jauh lebih baik dari lebih dari 30% rakyat di negara India hidup di bawah paras kemiskinan. .

Seperti ulasan Dato Seri Najib Tun Razak, Hindraf sebagai sebuah organisasi yang tidak berdaftar dan tidak terurus, tidak mempunyai hak untuk mewakili kaum India di Malaysia.

Hindraf tidak akan rugi apa-apa jika Malaysia kacau-bilau. Oleh itu saya syorkan agar tindakan yang sewajarnya patut diambil ke atas Hindraf dan penyokong-penyokongnya supaya kestabilan dan keselamatan negara lebih terjamin.

Leader of Indian group can't rule out violence

Based on interview with Desmond Ng from New Paper Singapore a month ago but it was only appeared online today

He claims he stands for peaceful protests, but the same man inspires his followers with footage of violent protests in Myanmar.

A UK-trained lawyer, Mr P Uthayakumar called himself a patriot, but is now prepared to shame Malaysia internationally for what he sees as policies that are racially discriminatory.
Mr Uthayakumar, 46, even said some in the Indian community may turn to violence to push their agenda.

On charges that he's a traitor, Mr Uthayakumar claimed that during his university days in England, he was often wearing a lapel pin with a Malaysian flag on his coat.
'My friends used to poke fun at me because of that, but I didn't care because I was proud of being a Malaysian. I refused to associate myself with India because I thought I must show loyalty to my country.

'When I opened my legal firm in 1994, the first thing on my table was a flag of Malaysia. I still want to be a Malaysian but I think they don't want me.'

Comment - So now he is prepared to shame Malaysia internationally? This show that Uthayakumar has a very funny concept of patriotisme - by just wearing a label pin with Malaysia flags his coat during his Uni days in UK and by just putting a flag on his table.

Mr Uthayakumar dismissed the veteran politician as irrelevant to the Indian community.
He claimed the community is now turning to Hindraf instead, and Indians from all walks of life have been donating money to the group so they can advance their agenda.
Their public protest was inspired by events in Myanmar in September.

Mr Uthayakumar said: 'Some of the monks were prepared to die for their cause. I've shown slides of monks getting shot and killed during my road shows and I think it struck a chord with the people.'

Comment - Is this fella for real? Yes we could understand why the monks rallied in Myanmar, to go against oppression of their Junta’s force and with deep discontent and anger over the economic mismanagement and harsh rule of the junta.
In 45 years of military rule and 19 years under the current junta the country once known as Burma has become a ragged, suffering nation, one of the poorest and most repressed in Asia.

And how does that justify HINDRAF fights for Indian Rights in Malaysia? It’s baseless and illogical. More like a pursuit of personal driven cause instead of representing the Indian Community in Malaysia.

HINDRAF fax memorandum to Gordon Brown - Please verifiy and take appropriate action

I urged to all Malaysian to check on the authenticity of this memorandum that has been fax to the British High Comission in Kuala Lumpur on the 25th November 2007, and if its true then HINDRAF and all the people behind it has commited the highest level of treason against our beloved country, Malaysia. To sum up the entire content, HINDRAF is actually asking external forces to come here and interfere with our national interest and domestic affairs.

If this memorandum was truthfully composed by them, among the exaggeration on the statement would be

We fear that this peace loving Indian community of Tamil origin having been pushed to the corner and the persecution getting worse by the day may be forced to into terrorism in a matter of time as what has happened to the Sri Lankan Tamils.

But in reality most top lawyers and doctors in Malaysia are Indians and many Indians have succeeded in other fields. Ananda Krishnan (worth $4.6 billion in Forbes' list of Malaysian billionaires) is the second richest tycoon in Malaysia. He owns Malaysian pay TV operator Astro All Asia Networks and telecom major Maxis, among other businesses.

Tony Fernandes, CEO of Air Asia, is one of Malaysia's most successful entrepreneurs. Born in Kuala Lumpur of Indian descent, Fernandes revolutionized budget air travel in Asia and has earned the nickname of the "Asian Branson."

In politics, Dr Samy Vellu, a Malaysian politician of Indian descent, champions the cause of Indians in Malaysia and is chairman of Malayan Indian Congress. Karpal Singh is a well-known human rights activist, lawyer and opposition member of parliament. V David, who died in 2005, was a popular politician and a leading trade unionist. The Indian community produced many leaders who led the cause of Indians, such as John A Thivy, Budh Singh, K Ramanathan, K L Devaser and V T Sambanthan.

At this moment, i could only pray that we could live peacefully alongside our multi cultural brother and sister. Sensitivity and toleration is the key to live in the multicultural society but definately HINDRAF was not one them if this memorandum was proven to be structured by them.

2. APPEAL FOR U.K TO MOVE EMERGENCY U.N RESOLUTION CONDEMNING “ETHNIC CLEANSING” IN MALAYSIA.

We refer to the above critical matters in Malaysia but which generally gets the least attention locally even by the Opposition parties, NGO’s, the Malaysian Human Rights Commission and the media for this community is generally regarded as politically insignificant, do not draw local or international funding and are deemed not pressworthy. To the contrary the Malaysian government has successfully projected itself to the world as a modern Islamic thinking country which is not true.

The ethnic minority Indians in Malaysia were brought in to Malaysia by the British some 200 over years ago. Since independence in 1957 the Malaysian Indians have been permanently colonialised by the Islamic fundamentalist and Malay chauvinists UMNO led Malaysian government.

Among the recent atrocities committed by this government are as follows:-

1.100 over Indians were slashed and killed by the UMNO controlled Malaysian government in the Kampung Medan mini genocide. Despite numerous appeals, the Malaysian Human Rights Commission has refused to hold a Public Inquiry. The UMNO controlled Malaysian courts struck off a victim’s public interest civil suit for a Public Inquiry to be held without even the said UMNO controlled government having to file in their defence. The UMNO controlled Attorney General and the Inspector General of Police refused to investigate and / or initiate an inquest into the death of at least six Indians in this tragedy despite.

2. Every week one person at average is killed in a shot to kill policy and in every 2 weeks one person is killed in police custody. About 60% of these victims are Indians though they form only 8% of the Malaysian population.

3. In every three weeks one Hindu temple is demolished in Malaysia.
The latest being the demolishment of the Mariaman temple in Padang Jawa, Shah Alam, Selangor early this morning (15.11.2007) and the next being the (Mutaiya) Hindu temple in Sungai Petani scheduled for the 29.11.2007.

A violent armed pre down attack at 4.00a.m this morning was launched by the UMNO controlled Malaysian government backed by about 600 police, riot police, Islamic extremist and armed terrorists which completely destroyed this temple.

In an attack two weeks ago, uniformed police, riot police and city Council officers hurled rocks and attacked unarmed Hindu devotees with knives, sticks and iron rods.

At least 20 Hindu devotees were seriously injured and 19 arrested including 4 of their United Kingdom trained lawyers in direct violation of Article 5 (Right to life) Article 8 (Equality) Article 11 (Freedom of Religion) Section 295 (defiling a place of worship), Section 296 (disturbing a religious assembly), 298A(causing racial disharmony) and Section 441(criminal trespass) of the Malaysian Penal Code.

These authorities are plagued by an above the law mindset and in fact liberally take the law into their own hands. These atrocities however does not happen to almost all Islamic places of worship. Please visit www.policewatchmalaysia.com for further and better particulars.

4. State sponsored direct discrimination against the Indians in Public University intakes, Indian (Tamil) Schools, skills training institutes, civil service and private sector job opportunities, business and license opportunities and in almost all other aspects of daily life.

Despite our hundreds of letters, appeals and pleas to the Malaysian King and Sultans, the Prime Minister, Attorney General, Inspector General of Police, Ministers, Chief Ministers and the latest being our letters to the Prime Minister dated 29.10.2007 and 30.10.2007 and to the Attorney General dated 1.11.2007 the Malaysian authorities are only proceeding with greater ferocity and with impunity with very little regard for the Federal Constitution and laws of Malaysia. So please help us.

CONCLUSION

We fear that this peace loving Indian community of Tamil origin having been pushed to the corner and the persecution getting worse by the day may be forced to into terrorism in a matter of time as what has happened to the Sri Lankan Tamils.

APPEAL

On our part we are committed to a peaceful and lawful struggle and pray and appeal that the Government of the United Kingdom:-

1. Moves an emergency United Nations resolution condemning these state sponsored atrocities and persecutions of Malaysian Indians in Malaysia.

2. Refers Malaysia to the World Court and the International Criminal Court for Crimes against it’s own ethnic minority Indians

HINDRAF encounter with our security forces at Batu Caves

An illegal mass has been organized by a group of NGO known as HINDRAF (Hindu Rights Action Force) yesterday in the vicinity of Kuala Lumpur defying a court order against this particular rally. The protesters are not only has intentionally broken the law but due to their action which against the public interest by jeopardizing their security and not forgetting most of the business premises around the gathering were also closed has sending the wrong signal to the rest of the world that some Malaysian are now prone to streets demonstrations as a channel to voice out their dissatisfaction.

But the ugly scenes are not only taken part on the proposed rally date, which is on the 25th November 07 but also as early as 2am in the morning at Batu Caves. Here are some of the images taken.

Siapa sebenarnya Wolfowitz?

Paul Wolfowitz, 62 tahun, telah membantu Anwar mendapat pekerjaan di peringkat antarabangsa. Selepas pertemuan dengan Paul Wolfowitz pada 28 Februari 2005 di Pentagon, Amerika Syarikat, Anwar telah dilantik sebagai pensyarah jemputan di John Hopkins University dan satu jawatan tertinggi di Bank Dunia. Apa agenda Anwar intim dengan seorang Yahudi yang anti dan merancang serangan terhadap orang Islam? Wolfowitz pernah menjadi Duta ke Indonesia pada 1986-1989 dan Assistant Secretary for East Asian and Pacific Affairs pada 1983-1986. Dengan jawatan ini, Wolfowitz telah berjaya merencana kejatuhan sektor perbankan Indonesia. Seterusnya telah meruntuhkan ekonomi Indonesia. Anwar urges Malaysia opposition to unite in poll

BANGKOK (Reuters) - Malaysia's de facto opposition leader, Anwar Ibrahim, called on the country's disparate opposition on Tuesday to forge a loose electoral pact ahead of a snap election he predicted would take place next month.

Opposition parties with different racial support bases could find common ground on economic and democratic reforms, rallying cries for a big anti-government protest earlier this month, Anwar told reporters at a business forum in neighbouring Thailand.

"This is a challenging task because the relations between the PAS and the DAP are not too good," Anwar said, referring to Islamic party PAS and Chinese-based Democratic Action Party.
But Anwar said PAS, DAP and his Parti Keadilan had the shared goals of free elections, an independent judiciary and review of economic policy when they took part in the Nov. 10 rally, which ended in a police crackdown and at least a dozen arrested.

"If we can agree on this minimum programme -- political, economic -- then we can move on. I am sure we can get one opposition versus one UMNO-ordering Barisan Nasional," he said of the coalition government that has ruled Malaysia since 1957.

The coalition, made up of 14 parties including Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi's UMNO, won a record number of seats in 2004 polls but analysts say it could be tough for the alliance to match that victory in the next election technically due in 2009.

On Monday Malaysia's electoral chief reignited speculation about an early election, saying the country would go to the polls before long. Abdullah is widely expected to dissolve parliament and call fresh polls by early next year.

Anwar said the most likely date for the elections would be December, but he did not expect a free and fair poll. "Just one week of campaign, I don't call it an election. I call it UMNO-controlled elections, no access to the media, not a general election," the former deputy prime minister said.

The not so good relations between PAS & DAP were not a secret anymore, and by rallying them to unite just before the coming general election might not be a good public relation for them either. Even when they are not the ruling party of the nation, they just couldn’t work things out between them. I just can’t imagine how these groups of people will rule our beloved country if any one of us allowing them to win the next general elections.

When we talk about free and fair election, isn’t PAS won Kelantan and Terengganu during 1999 election? Even after 2004 election, PAS still able to retain their place in Kelantan. If the election were meant to be unfair, there won’t be any opposition parties ruling a state government at all cause.

If anyone of us realize, since the election is just around the corner, the opposition are trying to inflamed and played out the emotional & racial sentiment of the Malaysian by sequences of politically influential incidents such as the Batu Buruk, VK Lingam’s video clips, Bar Council March in Putrajaya, Bersih - Fair Election March to National Palace and the latest which might took place during this weekend is the Hindu Rights Action Force (HINDRAF) mass in front of British High Commission in Kuala Lumpur.

Isn’t all of this is to obvious for us too notice that all of these is just another election motivated issue brought up by the opposition? Do we really want to have number of illegal rallies and mass throughout our weekends instead of spending some quality peaceful time with our families? There are proper channels for us to voice out our dissatisfaction towards the ruling government, which is practice your rights to vote. And definitely I won’t be risking the future of my country for the uncooperative Oppositions.
